HOLY WEEK & EASTER
Holy Week slows us down and invites us to be present to the story at the center of our life with God.
We walk with Jesus into Jerusalem. We gather with him at the table. We remain with him at the cross. We wait in the darkness. We welcome the first light of resurrection.
Holy Week & Easter is one long liturgy the Church has walked for centuries—trusting that, as we place ourselves within this story, Christ meets us here.
We would love for you to join us as we keep Holy Week together at All Souls.
PALM SUNDAY
Sunday, March 29 | 10 AM
The journey begins as we walk with Jesus, learning to follow him beyond our expectations
HOLY WEEK
Maundy Thursday | 6 PM
We gather at the table as Jesus gives himself to us in bread and wine.
He kneels to wash his disciples’ feet.
We receive his love and are invited to remain with him.
The altar is stripped, and we begin to watch.
Good Friday | 6 PM
We follow Jesus to the cross.
There is nothing to fix, nothing to resolve.
We stay with him in his suffering as the light fades and silence falls.
Easter Vigil | 6 PM
We begin in the dark, waiting together.
A fire is kindled. Light slowly fills the room.
We hear the story of God’s saving work.
We celebrate baptisms and proclaim the resurrection.
This is the Paschal Triduum—the heart of our life together with Jesus.
These are not three separate services, but one unfolding liturgy stretched across three nights. We begin on Thursday and keep watch through Friday, waiting in the darkness until the first light of resurrection at the Easter Vigil.
To help us enter this as one continuous story, we will use a single worship guide across all three gatherings, and there will be no final blessing until the end of the Vigil. We move through these days together—walking, staying, waiting—until we arrive at Easter morning.
EASTER SUNDAY
Sunday, April 5 | 10 AM
Alleluia, Christ is risen! We meet the risen Christ, who comes to us in peace.
