The All Souls youth group welcomes all 6th-12th grade students. We pray All Souls will be a place where students find their hearts nurtured toward Jesus, within the context of community. It’s too much to try to do this alone. We need the gospel–and one another–to do this well.
+Due to Covid, most of our youth gatherings and activities have been on pause. Please reach out to Flynn Pinkston with any questions related to youth at All Souls in this time.
On Sundays, we offer separate classes for Middle School and High School students, as part of the broader church’s work of Christian formation. Every other Sunday afternoon, we meet in a home, an All Souls’ Small Community space created especially for students. We also have several smaller groups for specific student ages and interests. Together, we build friendships, laugh and together learn how to follow Jesus. Also, our youth ministry seeks to create opportunities for parents and guardians to support each other as we share this perplexing, joyful journey.
In Winter, we join other churches for Breakaway— a raucous retreat at Rockbridge Young Life Retreat Center. Each summer, we join in All Souls All Church Retreat. We also engage in service projects and a scattering of other activities.
If you’d like more information on our youth ministry or would like to volunteer (we always need teachers or folks wanting to be friends with students), email our youth director Flynn Pinkston.
